Bellevue Fire Weather

BELLEVUE FIRE WEATHER

This web-page provides fire weather and fuels information for the City of Bellevue Fire Department response area and beyond. Daily information is provided during fire season.

CURRENT FIRE DANGER: LOW

SYNOPSIS: Cooler, unsettled weather returns to the area with unseasonably cool temperatures. Fire danger is still listed as moderate for our area, but steady rainfall over the past several days has dramatically reduced fire danger threat. Accordingly, we are lowering the fire danger for Bellevue to low. La Nina influenced weather conditions will likely continue to give us cooler, wetter weather. We may yet see some warmer temps in the waning days of summer, but the potential for a sustain hot dry period that would be necessary to generate significant fire activity in our area is very unlikely.

TODAYS WEATHER: Wednesday,  September 8, 2010. Cloudy with showers this AM and a possibility of sunbreaks and drying out a little this afternoon.

TEMP  66F

RH       62%

WIND   NW5

14 DAY FORECAST: Below normal temperatures and near normal precipitation.
